Terms of Service

1. Beta / Experimental Status

GungHo-Life is currently offered as an early-stage, "beta" service. That means functionality may change, pause, or evolve at any time. We are constantly refining the protocol based on user feedback.

Important: Please do not rely on GungHo-Life for mission-critical record keeping. While we take data integrity seriously, do not use it as the sole record for legal, financial, or emergency data.

2. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy and ownership of your vision. Here is strictly how we handle your information:

• Your Identity: We store your email address and a hashed (encrypted) version of your password solely for authentication.
• Your Content: We store the goals, roles, milestones, and journal entries you create so the application can function.
• No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or goal data to third parties or advertisers.
• Images: Photos you upload are stored securely on our server and are accessible only by your account.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is yours. We keep it until you delete it, ask us to delete it, or we retire the service.

You are in control: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page. This action is immediate and permanent (hard delete). Once deleted, we cannot recover your data.

We provide an Export tool in the Settings area. We strongly recommend downloading your history periodically to keep a local backup.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GungHo-Life to:

• Post illegal content or solicit illegal acts.
• Harass, threaten, or intentionally harm others.
• Attack, overload, or otherwise misuse the service infrastructure.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these simple rules of conduct.

5. Free "As Is" Service

GungHo-Life is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime, that data will never be lost due to technical failure, or that the specific features you use today will exist forever. You use this service at your own risk to build your success plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GungHo-Life and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
